As an Azure Data & AI Specialist you will be a senior solution sales leader within our Small, Medium and Corporate growth business, leading a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed quarterly Data & AI revenue and usage/consumption targets in your assigned accounts. You will be a trusted advisor and Analytics, Data & AI subject matter expert with core capability and expertise in Data Modernization, Analytics and AI. You will work with customers to leverage data to help them achieve their business priorities and help guide customer’s journey through Analytics-led Azure Data transformation. You will help customers evaluate their applications and business requirements, recommend solutions that meet their requirements and demonstrate these solutions to win the technical decision. You will need to support customers to remove roadblocks to deployment and drive customer satisfaction. You will help our customers take advantage of our unique hybrid data platform and leading Analytics & AI solutions to realize the value of digital transformation. 

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications Language proficiency in English and Korean 15+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 12+ years of technology-related sales or account management experienceOR equivalent experience.Preferred with Certification of Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) or AI Fundamentals (AI-900) Certified or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

Solution sales expert within our sales organization working with our most important customers.Collaborate with a team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance the sales process and exceed quarterly Data & AI revenue targets in your assigned accounts. ​​ Sales ExecutionEngage in conversation with customers aligned to their industry and collaborates with account and partner team to drive and qualify new opportunities and build pipelineIdentify customer business and technology readiness, proactively builds external stakeholders' mapping, implements strategies to accelerate the closing of deals, contributes input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities, coaches junior team members in deal plan execution, and implements close plans. Scaling and CollaborationApply role orchestration model and navigates the Microsoft organization to bring the best impact to the customer.​ Also collaborates with Global Partner Solutions (GPS), identifies new partners, develops joint proposals with partners, and contributes to developing partner strategies. Technical ExpertiseLeverage and share competitor knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal. Leads conversationsSet up events within Microsoft, mentor others and develops strategies for best practice sharing, initiates conversations with prospective customers/partners at events, acts as a subject matter expert in one or more solution area(s).
