암 진단 및 치료에 기여하는 인공지능 솔루션을 개발하고 제공하는 의료 AI 기업입니다.

️About the team
Lunit의 Oncology PM팀은 자사의 목표인 ‘Conquer Cancer Through AI’ 를 제품으로 실현하기 위해 Oncology/Pathology 분야에서 암 치료를 위한 인공지능 바이오마커 기반 의료 SW 제품을 개발하고 있습니다. 주요 제품군은 Pathology 이미지의 조직 및 세포를 인공지능을 통해 분석하여 암치료제에 대한 반응을 예측하는 제품입니다. 우리의 제품들은 새로운 항암제 개발이나 암 환자들의 맞춤형 치료에 사용될 수 있습니다.
️About the position
Lunit의 Oncology PM은 제품 전략 부터 운영까지 제품 전체 Lifecycle을 관리하고 Leading하고 있으며, 다양한 부서들(Business development, Medical affairs, AI Research, SW development, Regulation 등)과 긴밀히 협업하면서 세계 시장을 Leading하는 의료 SW 제품을 개발하고 있습니다.
주요업무
Lunit SCOPE 제품 개발/운영이 효율적으로 될 수 있도록 스크럼/스프린트 관리, 업데이트/유지보수 등 관리 해외 파트너사 담당자들과 기본적인 Technical 커뮤니케이션 제품 기획, SW 개발, QA 등과 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 Jira 기반으로 SW 개발 프로세스, 산출물 그리고 대시보드 관리Requirements
자격요건
3년 이상의 Product/Program/Project Manager 또는 Scrum master 실무 경험 IT(웹/모바일 기반 서비스) 개발에 대한 이해도 있으신 분 스크럼 운용을 위한 기술과 항목에 대한 지식과 경험을 갖춘 분 영어 커뮤니케이션에 능통하신 분(외국인 직원 및 파트너와의 소통) 기술적 이슈에 대해 개발 직군 구성원과 의사소통 가능한 수준의 기술적 지식을 갖추신 분 각종 업무 협업 tool(예. Jira/Confluence, Google G Suite 등)에 익숙하고, 협업 기반의 업무 수행에 능숙한 분 문제 해결을 위한 다양한 전문가 및 이해 당사자들과 커뮤니케이션이 능통하신 분 담당 업무 및 제품에 대해 오너십을 가지고 주도적으로 프로젝트를 이끌어나갈 책임감 및 리더쉽이 있으신 분 다양한 직군과 논리적이고 긍정적인 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분우대사항
제품 간 연동 개발 프로젝트나 On-premise 제품 경험이 있으신 분 EMR, PACS와 같은 의료데이터 저장/연동 제품에 대한 프로젝트 경험이 있으신 분 Oncology/Pathology 분야에 대한 Background가 있으신 분 스타트업 업무 환경에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분 자신의 경험이 정답이라 생각하지 않고, 새로운 분야/환경에 맞게 자신의 경험을 Customization하여 적용하실 수 있으신 분제출서류
자유양식의 CV(resume) 자유양식의 Portfolio 담당해온 Product/Project에 대해 문제정의-가설 수립 - 검증- 결과를 중심으로 작성해주세요. 담당하신 Product/Project 에 대해 실제 실무를 진행한 부분에 대해서 작성해주세요. Product 관점에서 문제점과 고객의 니즈 등을 이해하여, 실제 Product에서 해결하려고 노력한 부분에 대해 작성해주세요.♀️ 전형 절차
