ARKET에서 Sales Advisor의 역할은 고객 서비스오 더불어 특별한 경험을 고객님께 재공하는 것입니다. Sales Advisor는 판매 증대를 위해 적극적으로 노력하고 매장을 방문하는 모든 사람에게 최고의 고객 경험을 제공하는데 기여합니다. 늘 최상의 고객서비스를 제공 할 수 있도록 팀을 서포트 합니다.

Sales Advisor의 주요 책임은 다음과 같습니다.

-항상 고객을 최우선으로 생각하며 계산대, 피팅룸, 판매공간에서 사이즈나 핏, 소재, 의류관리 및 스타일링 옵션에 대한 서비스를 제공합니다.

-제품, 소재, 판매활동, 제품의 스토리를 지속적으로 업데이트하여 고객의 만족도를 높일 수 있도록 합니다.

항상 ARKET의 고객을 최우선으로 생각하며, 고객의 요구에 부응하고 세심하게 대처함으로써 높은 수준의 고객 서비스를 보장합니다.

효율적, 팀 지향적이며 매장 내 판매를 주도하고 매장 수익성을 생각합니다.

서비스업 경력자 우대

*스케줄 근무로, 주 당 40시간 근무가 가능해야 합니다.

*3주 이상의 스케줄을 미리 Notice하여, 개인의 여가시간을 보장합니다.
