B2B Sales Account Representative, KR DOM

This position is responsible for managing B2B customers and channels to expand sales volume and C/M.
> Manage B2B customers and build strong relationship with customers.
> Analyze market in Korea AFM and propose proper plan and respond RFQ, RFI at the customer's request.
> Develop and find new opportunities in the region and all B2B channel.
> Executes Clarios marketing and sales strategies for the aftermarket B2B customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. More detail on strategy (pricing, promotional planning and marketing execution)
- Provides market information to set up marketing plans and strategies.
2. New business development
- Finding and developing new opportunities in B2B channel.
3. Account management (corporate or WDs)
- Manage B2B customers daily and monthly orders and close sales volume.
(SK Speedmate, Kumho tire, Hyundai Mobis, GMK, KG Mobility, Military & other B2B customers)
- Manages day to day activities related to attainment of sales and margin goals for assigned accounts.
- Report monthly sales status and sales indicators of customers.
- Participate in customer visits, and conferences as required.
4. Market and industry knowledge requirements
- Continuously expose yourself to the technology trends by communicating with partner accounts
5. Channel management
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and contractual obligations.
- Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by delivering excellent communication internally and externally.
- Train customer’s personnel on battery selling and warranty skills
- Provide follow up support for the customer on consumer complaints and liability claims
Key requirements
Bachelor’s degree in University.
Relevant experience in liaising with customers in a sales environment
Demonstrated ability to manage all customer expectations with a key emphasis on sales and customer service
Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Availability to work outside normal business hours
Ability to perform, learn new skills and be flexible in a changing environment.
