Supports the sales & pre-sales process and represents AVL's corporate identity in the market (Inside/Field Sales) Support Account Development of existing and new customers to bring sustainable business Strives for customer satisfaction (customer's advocate) and sets realistic customer expectations Maintaining CRM System, data completeness and quality in SFDC and associated systems (accounts, contacts, opportunities) Support generation of new Opportunities and develop identified Opportunities: clarify real customer needs and feasibility (technical and resources) elaborate value for customer (Buying Center Analysis, Value Proposition) ensure lean project approach and lean offers + options approach support project planning tasks (Quote preparation, cost calculation, clarification with technical departments and project management team) challenge cost calculation of operations set price within given margin boundaries and/or align with management ensure appropriate invoicing plans to facilitate cash flow and risk management support presentation of quotes and management of customer feedback and offer revision support identification and resolution of potential concerns of Buying Center Members support negotiation of technical and commercial conditions Support Project Execution including professional handover to the project team, invoicing and payment collection and determining customer satisfaction. By accompanying the project during the order fulfilment process the SE should identify and realize additional business opportunities e-Spares, variations, follow-on activities) from the project CS issues) Prepare customer communication in the form of meetings, customer contact reports, presentations, proposals Creates and distributes customer contact reports Meet planned order intake with attractive margins (CC) YOUR PROFILE Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably engineering background such as mechanical, electrical/electronic, mechatronics, SW engineering, automotive, etc.) 3+ years of CAE/CFD/Testing/Engineering/Other Simulation Software Tools Sales Experience (Siemens, Ansys, Dassault, Mathworks, NI, ETAS, Vector, etc) Self-responsible, systematic and structured operation Flexible Business development attitude with strategic account management System, product and application basic knowledge concerning AVL portfolio Market understanding (Autmotive, Simulation, etc) Good understanding/experience of Demand Generation, Lead Management Team Collaboration Excellent Communication skills (interpersonal, negotiation) and fluent in English (written & spoken) Preference Inside Sales Experience Good Business Experience or Understanding about Enterprise account (Hyundai Motor Group, etc) / University/Public/Government) Understanding/Experience in Partner Engagement Business Experience/Knowledge about IT, Enterprise Software Business Tool Skills (MS Office, SFDC) ABOUT AVL KOREA CO.
