WHAT'S THE ROLE?
- Specifier (Engineering사 및 건설사)에 힐티 제품이 스펙이 될 수 있도록 힐티 제품을 소개하고 적용시키는 업무를 수행한다.
- 전문적인 기술 지식 및 경험을 바탕으로 스펙된 힐티 제품이 판매로 이어질 수 있도록 프로젝트에 대한 현장 및 영업에 대한 기술 지원을 한다.
- 지속적인 성장을 위해 잠재시장을 열 수 있는 새로운 Application을 개발하고, 경쟁사로부터 시장을 지킬 수 있도록 최선을 다한다.
- 해당 영업 담당에게 기술적인 지원을 제공하고 경쟁력을 높일 수 있도록 지속적으로 교육을 실시하여야 한다.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
-EPC 및 설계사와 설계 협의 및 Spec을 추진해야 하며, Specifier 및 현장에 힐티제품, 설계법, 시험법, 시공방법, Application 등의 각종 기술 사항에 대한 차별화되고 전문화된 세미나를 실시하여야 한다.
- 담당 Specifier(Engineering사 및 건설사 등)에 대한 차별화된 정기적인 스펙 활동을 통하여 힐티 제품이 적용 되도록 노력을 하며 획득한 스펙정보를 영업 담당 직원과 긴밀하게 교류하여 판매로 연결될 수 있도록 활발하게 현장 및 영업을 지원한다.
- 차별화된 현장 기술 지원을 위해 현장 테스트 및 샘플 시공, 데모 등의 현장 기술 서비스를 제공한다.
스펙된 제품이 최종 판매로 이어질 수 있도록 최초 스펙단계부터 최종 스펙 컨버전 단계까지 체계적으로 추적하여 관리한다.
- 원활한 업무 수행을 위해 업무 관련 Technical tool (FTM, Profis software 등) 운용 능력을 배양한다.
고객들에게 힐티의 부가가치된 최고의 엔지니어링 솔루션을 제공하기 위해 전문화된 제품지식 및 제품 적용 능력을 갖추어야 한다.
- 앵커 관련 테스트 시 사전에 관련 조건(하중 조건, 모재 조건, 시공 조건 등)을 검토하여 실시한다
- 영업 및 엔지니어들에게 기술적인 지원을 제공하고 경쟁력을 높일 수 있도록 지속적으로 교육하여야 한다.
- 힐티 솔루션의 차별성 및 VP를 효율적으로 전달하게 위해, 그리고 영업 담당과의 업무 공조를 위해 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 배양해야 한다.
- 미래에 대한 지속적인 판매 및 이익 성장을 위하여, 잠재시장을 열 수 있는 새로운 Application을 끊임없이 개발하여야 하고, 경쟁사로부터 시장을 지킬 수 있도록 담당 Specifier 및 현장을 체계적으로 관리한다.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- 대졸 / 관련경력 3년 이상 / 건축, 토목, 공학관련 전공자
- 도면작성 및 관리(AutoCAD)의 프로그램 활용 가능자
- 힐티 제품(앵커) 사용 및 검토 경험자 우대
- 업무 관련 Technical tool 사용 능력
- 고객 및 직원간 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 고객에게 최적의 엔지니어링 솔루션을 제공할 수 있는 전문지식
- 건설분야 기술업무 경험 우대 (건설사 및 건축/구조설계 관련 경력자)
- Hilti 업무 프로세스 및 비즈니스의 이해
- 문제 해결 능력, 고객중심 사고
- 책임감, 포용성, 성실성, 업무 주도성
- 우대사항 : 구조설계 가능
- 영어 단순 의사 소통 가능자
