We are looking for new colleagues in Korea Location.
Your task:
Inbound/outbound quality inspection management (include measuring system)
Customer PPAP preparation & Submission (HKMC ISIR)
Support customer audit as a quality representative in Airbag line.
Support customer quality report and incident report
Annual components validation review
Claim management for warranty issue & compensation
Send PR (problem report) to supplier for defects management
Control quality of assembly line
COP(Conformity of Production) test management
PPAC(Product Performance Advisory Committee) issue management
Your profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering) or related field
5+years of experience in Automotive Quality management and engineering
Skilled in advanced product quality planning (APQP) and quality tools; PPAP, ISIR, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PFMEA
APQP Expert
Experienced in problem solving and continuous improvement tools; 8D, 5-why, DOE, others.
Skilled in 8D, 5-why, DOE and Six Sigma
Strong practical experience, knowledge of manufacturing system and process technologies.
Safety system product; Airbag, Seatbelt would be plus
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
HKMC interfacing experience would be required. (Experienced ISIR completion: program)
