Expected Areas of Competence
?Is responsible for enforcing the Company’s Business internal control procedures and policies
?Works closely with stakeholders of Korea entity, region and headquarters (Business units and other functions) as well as with Corporate Technical Accounting Network for helping the Company to comply with internal policies & procedure and GAAP
?As the Business Controls Manager, assesses and maintains Company financial controls through periodic FCPA and SOX testing in accordance with BMS policies and legal requirements.
?Monitor for Pharmaceutical inventory performance analysis (monthly average DOI cannot exceed 30 days) to ensure accurate and timely reporting to management and HQ
?Prepares for annual budget and bi-annual projection and assists in developing comprehensive business plans, consolidation of data in a timely, effective manner and ensures accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. Provides ad hoc reporting and planning support
?Ensure accuracy and timeliness in local and corporate reporting, interfaces effectively with local management and regional team
