?Lead Statutory Audit and ensure submissions are completed on time.
?Complete review and verify month end close.
?Review and present Legal Entity Projections & Budgets and provide meaningful analysis and commentary for significant movements.
?Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve potential out-of-stock or supply issues for the market.
?Ensure 3PL is providing service levels as defined per SLAs and KPIs in distributor contract.
?Local Technical Accounting Network Representative for the market.
?Review new product launch and LOE position papers.
?Complete accounting position paper proposals for the Korea business.
?Review cash flow forecast and proposes cash opportunities / risks to Finance Director.
?Implement activities to drive KPI improvements across the Expenditures, Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash towers.
?Complete reviews to ensure internal control compliance and implement recommendations.
?Conduct Performance Review Meetings with market Finance Director.
?Participate in Tax & Treasury Review Meetings.
?Co-ordinate local rework activities through 3PL in conjunction with OTC lead.
?Approve Material Group to Vendor requests and Freight Forwarding invoices.
?Complete User Access Reviews.
?Ensure adequate skilled staff and staff back-up plans are in place to service the business.
?Ensure systems are set up correctly for any business changes and accounted for correctly.
?Facilitate quarter and year end close planning between BFS and FP&A team.
?Resource planning and support to implement projects to meet department and business objectives.
?Perform DSL role for the local market.
?Perform Team Leader duties of staff mid year and year end reviews, development planning for team, succession planning and year end calibration.
?Partner with the market Finance Director for optimal business outcomes.
?Monitor and provide input for BFS Korea market costs.
?Drive innovation and improvement in the market.
?Have 1:1 meetings with team, direct manager and matrix manager on a regular basis.
?Contact point and facilitator between other BFS functions and the market e.g. GPOs, BCF.
?Represent the market on global initiatives for BFS/ES.
