We operate a Customer Engagement Program that provides premium support for Ericsson’s critical Packet Core Customer integration and acceptance projects.

We are hiring Support Engineer in our Global Support team in South Korea, which is an integral part of Ericsson’s 24/7 Customer support service. Additionally, we have teams located in Canada, Spain, Sweden, China, Germany, and Poland.

What you will do

Secures customer centric Product Introduction in close cooperation with services to enable operational excellence and continuation of quality improvements. Ensures early cooperation between Development Groups and Service Delivery Unit / Customer Unit to facilitate knowledge and competence transfer. Engages with services enabling working together deploying common frameworks as one Ericsson towards our customers. Support the implementation of Continuous Delivery and Deployment Program (CoDeD), Automation program and Product Release External Verification (PRX) delivery to facilitate flow of early feedback into the development process. Responsible to secure Market analysis, feedback to R&D (Quality, Supportability in products, etc.) Responsible for driving and coordinating Customer Proof of Concepts, Demos and Competence development activities towards external parties.

You will bring

Education: BSc/MSc degree in Engineering or equivalent level in fields such as Computer Science/Engineering, IT, Information & Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, etc. Good knowledge of the Packet Core Network Solution. Good knowledge on IP networking, PCAP, HTTP2, Linux, Containers, Kubernetes and virtualization. Minimum 5 years of Telecom experience and including at least 2 years in a customer facing role. Good communications skills Good written and verbal communication in English
