Key Responsibilities
Press Relations
- Developing the annual/monthly editorial PR plan (print/digital) and managing the budget.
- Creating opportunities and managing product placements to align with the product marketing calendar.
- Reviewing and analyzing the coverage to report to worldwide counterparties.
- Managing sample/gifting orders as well as the distribution plan.
- Supporting showroom operations.
Celebrity and Talent Endorsement- Handling ambassador management and supporting executions.
- Conducting proactive dressing across various categories.
- Creating the right opportunities for product placement.
Corporate PR and Issue Management- Supporting crisis and CPR issues and assisting in issue management.
- Developing the development of the CSR program.
Budget Management- Assisting to set the Annual budget (FC1 / FC2) and well managing/tracking the spendings.
- Managing the ledgers.
Others- Team management.
- Cross-functional collaborations.
- Supervise agency.
Key Requirements- 8-12 work experience in PR and marketing communications.
- Luxury retail and high-end fashion industry experience is preferred.
- Strong relationship with media/KOL/stylists/ Management within the industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cultural trends worldwide and in Korea.
- Curious to know what's going on in the industry.
- Excellent in Korean.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong team player.
- Proactive problem-solving with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent planning, and organization skills with a drive to meet tight deadlines and budgets.
