CS Assistant Manager
Position
This position will support Compliance manager with administrative and operational processes to support complaint handling by training, monitoring and service quality improvement activities by boutique as well as smoothly managing complaint issues from retail and customers by collaborating working with Client Services Center.
Job responsibilities
[Key Responsibilities]
Take an action for all of general complaint issues with Boutique, CSC team and deliberation request agency in timely manner Responsible the process for handling the first level of deliberation based on requested by CS & Deliberation overall Responsible for briefing and fact-checking the case with relevant teams (Cases of Transfer of Legal Stages) Provide information which is requested by Boutique, CSC & General deliberation agency on daily basis Verify non-charged A/S service, return & Credit note based on company’s policy & guideline Handling all necessary administrative work to process CS, KCA deliberation request and legal case Support to prepare training materials and manual to strengthen CS & compliance process Arrange Training sessions with Boutique and CSC based on monitoring results Monitor and review on Key Performance Indicators on monthly basis
Profile
Minimum 5 years experience in luxury client service center and care center experience Strong sense of initiative and solutions oriented with clear demonstration of a customer first mind-set Good understanding and knowledge of brand’s regulations and procedure Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal with customer, boutique and related departments; previous experience with Client Service Center or Care Service is a plus Able to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks Analytical skills with excellent attention to fact finding Proficient in English is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office
