Senior Account Executive ììëí

Job Summary

Sells Equinix solutions to new accounts and/or expands existing accounts. Focus on larger domestic and global accounts. Facilitate strategic account planning, leads negotiation process, and leads extended sales team on complex multi-region / multi-metro sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new customers, sell the Equinix value proposition and manage customer acquisition process throughout sales cycle

  • Manage the assigned existing customers to increase their spending, reduce churn, and ensure maximum profitability of customers

  • Deliver business value with handling quotation, site tours and contracts to potential customers

  • Understand customer's IT requirements, Organization structures and Decision Making Process to identify opportunities and provide Equinix solutions

  • Achieve assigned Management Business Objectives

  • Provide responsive and high quality account management services to customers and enhance the customer satisfaction level

  • Timely, comprehensively and accurately update Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC) to ensure the management team has the detailed records on every customer activities. Maintain and update the Account Intelligent Management (AIM) report of the selected top tier customers

  • Collect and report market intelligence, such as competitor activity, market pricing and demand trends

Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent

  • Minimum 8 years in sales, preferably in telecommunications or IT industry

  • Prior working experience in MNC sales organization

  • Good communication skill in English and Korean.

  • Good presentation skill

  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills

  • Able to work well under pressure, and with team members in other parts of the organization

  • Computer knowledge, familiar with Microsoft Office
