About the team TikTok's Global Gaming Team aims to help gaming businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We provide strategic input and run high-impact campaigns to ensure our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips. KR Key Account Lead, Globa Gaming, GBS will be responsible for helping our clients focusing on the gaming industry to grow their business TikTok for Business. You will be navigating through a complex business situations, help clients to solve their challenges and contribute to growing our revenue with ad products. You need to utilize your strategic and analytical business skills, along with talent management skills to cultivate and lead the team. An ideal candidate should have an overall understanding of the digital media ecosystem - deep connections with Gaming industry clients and an ability to evolve in a fast-paced demanding startup environment to achieve our revenue objectives. You will be evaluated against your impact in terms of marketing budgets revenue generation as well as the strategic initiatives you will carry forward towards positioning TikTok as a key platform for client companies. ResponsibilitiesHigh performance team motivation and people development- Manage both Client Partners and Client Solution Managers in Korea for daily end-to-end sales operation- Motivate a highly success driven team to constantly achieve sales goals and other sales-related KPIs- Develop the team, leading by example; developing sales skills, coaching & training, building organizational structure including recruiting and enabling career development with a strategic mindset and effective tactics in order to achieve challenging objectives. Influence strategic sales with business insights- Provide solution-driven sales with executive influence to convince and secure investment on TikTok.- Demonstrate holistic business acumen across all markets and key factors in order to drive success across the region. Leverage cross-functional resources, manage priorities and seek win-win situations- Cooperate with cross-functional leaders to build frameworks that align processes, workflows and roles & responsibilities. - Leverage resources where and when needed by managing priorities- Develop team's knowledge & experience in tracking, attribution, and measurement logic; experience using some of the major tools like GA, Appsflyer, Adjust etc. Demonstrate strong client management leadership, able to provide complex conflict management- Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and sales counterparts to maximize client strategies and engender trust and collaboration- Navigate complex conflict resolutions, influencing key client behaviours whilst ensuring business continuity. Oversee excellent sales management with strategic perspective- Lead the team with a strategic mindset and effective tactics in order to achieve challenging objectives. - Take responsibility for overall account planning, using data insights and pipeline management. - Establish managerial processes: annual planning, budget prioritization, impact measurement- Regularly consult with regional sales leadership to enhance brand and product level positioning and engagement in their markets

Minimum Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or above; with minimum 5+ years of work experience in Sales or Marketing with knowledge in gaming, digital performance marketing and ad metrics from tech-driven companies or media platforms2. 3+ years of team and people management experience3. Leadership skills – strong point of view with the ability to navigate clients, tech partners, and leverage existing relationships as well as building/fostering new relationships in a matrix organization4. Demonstrate ability to drive business agendas with senior stakeholders and meet revenue objectives5. Ability to lead, plan and manage extensive advertising budgets & campaigns6. Proficient in Korean and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qaulifications1. Hands-on experience with user acquisition marketing from media planning, campaign operation, post-campaign data analysis, to insightful post report creation.2. Deep understanding of ad tech partners' –structure, economics, processes, roles, clients etc. and have a genuine passion for business with a strong network within the gaming industry.
