MGR II FINANCE- MFG & OPERATIONS

Position Summary

Primary purpose is to support Korean local operation finance team, which performs the analysis of financial information and data to be used in supporting our business in the attainment of company goals.

Long term to strengthen Ops finance within APAC region (focus GAD projects, such as S4 Hana implementation), and could be the successor of Sr.Ops finance Mgr. which in charge of the whole Ops finance within AP region.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

-Support local Ops finance to improve the process of weekly/monthly review with Ops team, better cooperate with other functions and enhance the partnership between finance and non-finance.

-Develop or improve short-term and long-term financial analysis models that identify risk; provide actionable business insights and recommendations. Periodical track & monitor of financials (revenue, standard margin, manufacturing cost, PPV, MV, inventory, and CapEx), comparison to forecast attained and analysis of variances and profitability.

-Support monthly closing and fcst reporting and recording of submission of financial package to management team (GAD)

-Lead and manage company standard cost development and maintenance in SAP modules and other costing systems.

-Actively participates in identifying and implementing cost reductions and working capital improvements. (pipelines track, record and monitors)

-Follow up internal audits process. SOX and internal control system development, enhancement and maintenance.

-Ad hoc support on project basis, provide financial support on business cases.

-Lead TEOA – finance projects from GAD or within AP region as process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

-Graduated from University (majoring in accounting/finance, Business Administration, Economics or etc) / 4 년제 상경계열 전공. Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA or ACCA) preferred.

-10+ years of experience finance and accounting including team management experience more than 5 years, ideally with manufacturing company background. Automotive industry company preferred.

-Solid costing experience in manufacturing plant, SAP professionals would be a plus

-Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Hyperion, SAP, BPC and data warehouse solutions.

-Ability in English communication.

-High degree of initiative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
