BTP Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor-South Korea

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) Customer Success Partner team as a Senior Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping customers consume SAP BTP within their application projects as the cloud platform-of-choice.
About the Role- Develop relationships with technical decision makers in assigned accounts to ensure broad consumption of the SAP BTP portfolio.
- Coordinate activities with the Account Team to build a joint outcome-based plan and drive a mutual understanding of IT-Architecture and business value.
- Provide expertise on digital transformation, technical and business architectures, and cloud initiatives.
- Analyze customer technical needs and execute consumption plans for assigned customers.
- Guide customers to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with SAP strategy and roadmap.

- 5-6 years of experience working in the IT Industry, with a background in Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Technical Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, Consulting, etc.
- Excellent understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio: SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud Solutions.
- Working knowledge of hybrid and cloud-based landscapes and ability to guide customers on technology architectures and strategies.
- Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms and providers (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Professional experience with implementing cloud initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with familiarity with design thinking methodology.
- Ability to communicate proactively and prioritize efficiently, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to manage complex organizational dynamics both internally at SAP, as well as externally with customers and partners.
- Continuous learning and adaptability to the unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
- Strong customer service mindset and customer empathy.
- Passion for learning new technologies and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team-based environment and guide new team members into the role.
