*JOB OBJECTIVES:
- The primary function of this role is to provide efficient order management, manage interfaces with customers for order to cash processes and provide improvements to supply chain management.
- Effectively communicate and resolve order issues with customers and sales.
*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manager End-to-end order process by collaborating with multiple functions involved
- Cooperate closely with (internal and external) suppliers and GB to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products to customers. Monitor and escalate shipping and import status for overseas supply.
- Collect documents and consolidate customer's problems and complaints according to defined procedures / systems, coordinate with relevant personnel such as sales, logistics, warehouse, finance and suppliers etc. to solve problems and to ensure all necessary corrective & preventive actions are taken in accordance with serving standards.
- Ensure that all operations (also at customer premises) are carried out in accordance with internal standards and local government regulation. Report any areas of concern immediately to Supply Chain Manager.

- Support in eCommerce rollout for basics portfolio
- Customer interaction and business rule implementation
*REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer Service related apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- 4 years of work experience preferably in FMCG multinational company
- Knowledge in PC software application and use of SAP is essential
- Fluent in both writing and communicating in English, and Native level of Korean
- Strong coordination and communication skills
