Logistics Launch팀은 로켓배송을 진행하는 Last-mile의 Planning 및 Launching 을 진행 합니다.
Logistics 물류 거점 ( Sub-hub / Camp / Mobile, Etc)의 Lay-out을 설계하고, 물류 거점으로써, 효율적인 운영이 가능하도록 Launch PM 역할을 수행합니다.

쿠팡 Logistics 의 신규 인프라 구축 프로젝트(New, Relocation, Renovation등)의 On-time delivery 달성을 위해 제반 활동과 자원을 기획/실행 및 관리 업무
신규 인프라 구축 프로젝트 New/ Relocation/ Renovation을 위한 제반활동과 자원을 기획 / 실행 및 관리
프로젝트의 Business 요구사항을 바탕으로 프로젝트 착수
프로젝트의 초기 디자인/요구사항 분석 및 전체 실행계획 수립 및 진척도 확인
유관부서와 협력업체들과 주어진 자원내에서 일정 조정, 통합 관리하여 Delivery 목표 달성
프로젝트 범위를 정의하고 결과물 정의 및 달성 관리
프로젝트 내의 모든 Tasks의 일정 기획/통제 및 진도 관리
한정된 공간/자원내에서 복잡한 아이템들의 일정을 단축시키기 위해 일정관리기법을 활용하여 Target delivery 달성
프로젝트 비용 추산 및 예산 책정 등 예산 기획 및 원가 관리
설정된 예산 내에서 프로젝트를 유지하도록 관리
