Key Responsibilities:

  • Sit onsite at the customer location to deliver PAS-X successfully
  • Design, document and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
  • Translate customer requirements into software application
  • Participate in the design of client information systems
  • Organize and teach best practice product workshops at customer sites
  • Constantly seek ways to improve design, documentation and maintenance of manufacturing processes
  • Investigate client issues and communicate key insights and findings to product team

Key Requirements:

  • Actively contribute to turn entrepreneurial thinking into customer success
  • Excellent communication skills and working level in English, third language is a plus
  • Work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution for our challenges
  • Degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant engineering
  • Two years of experience using MES or SAP (PP preferred) or more
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and executing test specifications

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and exceed assigned Order Income targets for key accounts and South Korea markets
  • Use technical knowledge along with consultative selling strategy to provide advice and support on a wide range of technologies and solutions
  • Lead prospects and clients in opportunities discussion, attend to bids, tenders and proposal preparation as required
  • Lead internal alignment discussion for solution and proposal submission
  • Lead pre and after-sales activities
  • Provide business technologies and solutions recommendation to meet customers' requirements
  • Organize and communicate requirements for system demonstrations and presentations of how the product meets customer needs
  • Adopt the solution selling approach, presenting our technologies and solutions to prospects and clients that demonstrate business benefits
  • Administration of customer accounts and forecast reports for headquarter and keeping customer records
  • Support marketing activities by attending conferences and trade shows
  • Ensure qualified and healthy opportunity pipeline in Salesforces (CRM) to achieve annual pipeline and Order Income targets
  • Team player and provide timely communication with other team members

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Information Technology or Business Administration
  • English communication and written skills
  • Minimum 3 years Sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years Industries' experience in a pharmaceutical bio or IT company
