Be responsible for the sales activities of a strategic product portfolio in an assigned geography in accordance with approved sales and marketing plans. Secure a clear overview of the key accounts and develop a plan to expand the sales of products at the account. Maintain good relations with key end users and dealers and propose solutions to business problems Collaborate with all relevant teams to find new sales opportunities and customers for products. Foster cross divisional collaboration and integrated selling approaches to expand products sales. Acquire and report information of market trends, competitive promotions and other activities from the market that may aid the sales and marketing activity. Constantly develop product knowledge through company literature and other independent sources of technical information. Provide reports to the sales manager on the result of development of the key products and accounts. How will you get there? Education Bachelor's degree with a scientific focus such as Biology, Biochemistry, Biological science or related field. Other degrees will be considered with appropriate work history. Experience At least 3 years relevant experience in sales and account relationship management Strong business insight of our life science sector, its key players, its key trends and potential challenges (preferred) Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Ability to work in a team environment and influence others to achieve results Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Strategic selling and market development ability Strong commercial competence with the ability to articulate and communicate business opportunities Our Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
