팀 소개

식품 안전 감사팀은 Coupang의 모든 Supply Chain에서 일어나는 식품 안전 보증과 컴플라이언스 준수, 그 와 관련된 운영에 대한 독립적인 감사업무를 담당합니다. 그룹 내 각 관계사 Site에 대한 현장 감사, 내부 프로세스 감사, 컴플라이언스 운영실적 모니터링, 외부 규제환경 모니터링 등 식품 안전에 대한 보증 및 감사 활동을 통해 식품안전 준수 운영에 대한 건전한 리스크 관리가 유지될 수 있도록 지원합니다.

업무 내용

식품 안전 준수 감사를 위한 감사 매뉴얼 개발 및 유지 관리 – 감사 매뉴얼은 식품산업에서 요구하는 다양한 법을 바탕으로 하여 전자상거래 유통사에서 준수해야 하는 요건과 내부 기준을 반영하고 있습니다. 상품의 리스크 분석, 전자상거래 고시 목록, 공급상품의 품질 관리, 보관 및 운송 관리, 제품 리콜 보고 등의 법적 의무 요건 등의 요구사항이 잘 운영되는지 점검하기 위해 개발하고 유지, 관리 합니다.

식품안전 해당 법, 규정 및 관련 표준을 수집, 유지 및 평가하는 방법을 개발하고, 이러한 해당 법 및 규정에 대한 연구, 영향 평가 및 결과 전달, 입법 또는 규정 업데이트를 통해 감사를 수행하고 그 결과를 이해관계자에게 전달하여 지속적인 개선을 관리합니다.

식품안전을 보장하기 위해 식품안전 준수감사를 실시하기 위한 Risk-based plan을 수립합니다. 공급업체와 물류 사슬에 대한 평가, 반품 및 고객 불만과 관련된 데이터를 검토하여 식품 안전에 대한 잠재적 위험의 발생가능성과 심각성을 평가 분석합니다.

법규 및 규제 자문이 있는 경우, 팀은 SME(Subject Mater Expert)로서 해당 문의에 대한 의견을 법무팀에 전달하고, 중요한 식품 안전 준수/품질 문제에 대한 특별 감사를 수행하여 근본 원인을 평가하고 관련 담당자가 재발 방지를 위해 시정 조치를 취하도록 합니다.

자격 요건:

7~15년 사이의 준법 및 품질관리 또는 감사, 프로젝트 관리 경력 보유

Food safety compliance 관련 문제 정의와 해결 방안을 제시할 수 있는 역량을 보유하신 분

프로젝트 목표를 위한 개선과제를 식별하고, 개선 범위와 일정 관리 역량 보유하신 분

프로젝트 대시보드와 진행일정을 관리하고 이해관계자에 대한 보고 역량을 보유하신 분

제조업, 유통업의 Food supply chain과 관련 법규에 대한 지식을 보유하신 분

프로젝트 관리, 커뮤니케이션 능력을 통해 주어진 자원 내에서 프로젝트를 완료할 수 있는 능력을 보유하신 분

대인관계 및 협업 능력을 통해 문제를 해결할 수 있는 추진력을 보유하신 분

전략과 전술적 접근을 통해 전사적인 개선 프로젝트를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 역량 보유하신 분

우대 사항:

식품 제조 및 유통 분야에서 법규, 품질관리, 감사, 프로젝트 관리 관련 5년 이상의 경력

식품 관련 기술 또는 법률 분야의 학사 이상 학위 또는 자격증 보유

주도적이고 적극적으로 문제를 해결하려는 결단력과 끈기를 가진 분

영어를 통한 프리젠테이션, 보고서 작성, 의사소통 능력 보유
