- Build and retain a world class inside sales team responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads at scale and
creating/closing new sales opportunities.
- Develop sales programs/promotions and work with inside sales representatives to ensure successful execution.
- Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a weekly basis to the sales team.
- Mentor and manage the inside sales team.
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined sales territory or industry verticals.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive country sales plans.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services; train sales reps to deliver right value propositions that
are aligned with customers' business needs
- Accelerate customer adoption of AWS and increase customer satisfaction of using AWS
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Posses the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) &
Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc).
- Develop case studies

[자격요건]
- 10+ years of technology related sales or business development experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing inside sales team for technology services provider
- Extensive experience managing a metrics-measured sales team.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Fluent in English.
- BA/BS degree. Masters or MBA a plus.
- Technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work is required.
- Sales experience with virtualization/infrastructure solutions is preferred
