About the team TikTok's Global Business Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We provide strategic input and run high-impact campaigns to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips. Inside sales representatives are sales professionals who sell TikTok's products or services to customers remotely, usually over the phone, email, or online platforms. To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener. Responsibilities- Manage follow-up activities for leads generated from marketing events, including media day, webinars, and conferences. Reach out to leads via phone or email to assess interest and provide relevant information.- Utilize cold calling techniques to identify and connect with key Points of Contact (POCs) within targeted accounts. - Align cold calling efforts with the requirements and preferences of vertical teams to maximize effectiveness.- Research the current status of advertising on competitive platforms. Identify potential business opportunities by analyzing inactive accounts and converting them into active advertisers.- Identify new potential clients through market research and analysis. Locate and engage with key decision-makers or POCs within these discovery clients. Forward relevant leads to the appropriate contact person within the organization for further engagement.- Follow up calls for the leads flow from external agencies or company representative numbers- Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and client preferences. Stay updated on emerging trends and changes in the advertising landscape to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.

Minimum Qualifications:- 1+ years experience in advertising or IT inside sales- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Highly motivated and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Fluent in both English and Korean, which could be used as working languages Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with Digital Agency with a deep understanding of their business and media challenges- Personal track record of commercial success and ability to win the support of senior stakeholders - Ability to continue to take on challenges in new areas.
