Sales Development Representative team’s mission?

한국사업 확장에 기여하고자 하는 의지와 열정을 가진 Sales Development Representative (SDR)를 모집하고 있습니다. SDR의 역할은 영업 담당자 및 여러 마케팅 담당자와 협력하여 신규 고객을 발굴하고 파이프라인을 구축하는 것입니다. 따라서 이 포지션은 영업 분야에서 커리어를 쌓고자 하는 분들에게 최적의 성장 기회를 제공할 수 있으며, Snowflake의 기술과 팀에 대한 열정이 있고, 자발적으로 행동하는 것을 좋아하시는 분들의 많은 관심과 지원을 바랍니다.

The impact you will make:

직접 신규 고객을 찾아 연락을 취해 상대방의 과제와 니즈를 듣고, 스노우플레이크 제품의 장점을 설명한 후 영업 담당자를 위한 첫 번째 약속을 잡는다. Salesforce 등의 CRM 툴을 통해 자신의 영업 활동을 관리하고, 적절한 타이밍에 신규 고객에게 접근한다. 영업 담당자와 협력하여 개척이 필요한 기업의 우선순위를 정하고, 신규 및 기존 경로를 통해 타겟 결재권자를 탐색한다. 마케팅 팀이 준비한 신규 고객 리스트를 기반으로 기업에 접근하여 영업 담당자를 위한 첫 번째 약속을 확보한다.

Who you are:

1년 이상의 자체 신규 고객 개척 경험. 신규 고객사의 모든 직책자와 소통할 수 있는 자세. 상황에 따라 업무 내용 및 우선순위를 탄력적으로 조정할 수 있는 능력. 자기 관리 능력 (시간 관리, 자발적인 행동 계획 수립). 영업 KPI를 지속적으로 달성한 실적. 스타트업의 급격한 상황 변화에 대응할 수 있는 능력과 자세. 동료와 배움을 공유하는 팀 플레이어의 자세. 새로운 제품 지식을 습득하고 업무에 활용하려는 자세.
