Manufacturing Process Specialist role at Janssen Vaccines requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a related field. Key responsibilities include supporting internal teams, maintaining high standards of professionalism, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete tasks for the Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Process Operations unit and follow administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures to support initiatives, project plans, and key milestones related to the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical products
  • Help with day-to-day activities and resources and escalate any concerns or issues to leaders to maximize successful business results
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing process through trend analysis and continuous review of all operations
  • Keep record of process improvements to continually enhance program quality, cost, and scheduling
  • Manage non-conformances to ensure timely investigation, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Manage the manufacturing related aspects of the Change Control system in line with site procedures
  • Maintain front-line knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory issues to efficiently manage project tasks in accordance with internal and external regulations and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, bio-related major or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of professional experience in related field
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good communication/coordination skills along with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of cGMPs in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
