Manufacturing Process Specialist role involves supporting internal teams in the Pharmaceutical Process Operations function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Johnson & Johnson, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Specialist to join their team in South Korea.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing tasks for the Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Process Operations unit and following administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables
- Adhering to standard operating procedures to support initiatives, project plans, and key milestones related to the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical products
- Helping with day-to-day activities and resources and escalating any concerns or issues to leaders to maximize successful business results
- Identifying opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing process through trend analysis and continuous review of all operations
- Keeping record of process improvements to continually enhance program quality, cost, and scheduling
- Managing non-conformances to ensure timely investigation, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Managing the manufacturing related aspects of the Change Control system in line with site procedures
- Maintaining front-line knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory issues to efficiently manage project tasks in accordance with internal and external regulations and procedures
- Demonstrating Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo
Requirements include:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, bio-related major or equivalent
- Fresh graduates or 1~2 years of professional experience in related field
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good communication / coordination skills along with multiple stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of cGMPs in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Fluent both in written and spoken English
- Ability to work a shift according to production schedule
