As the primary liaison between customers, consumers, the sales team, and the 3PL, this position will provide customer service and logistics support for the Korea LE market. This is a 12 month contract role
What You Can Expect
• Responsible for the accurate, complete, and timely management of customer orders, overseeing the entire lifecycle from order to cash activities.
• Efficiently retrieve orders from customers' EDI sites and promptly enter them into the SAP.
• Engage in communication with customers and consumers via various channels such as phone calls, emails, and more, addressing orders and general inquiries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team, handling order processing tasks such as confirming inventory availability and delivery dates. Act as the primary interface for third-party logistics providers, focusing on delivery arrangements, domestic transportation.
• Verify and reconcile monthly order records for each customer and channel during the monthly order closing process in collaboration with the sales team.
• Manage return orders and goods receipt procedures.
• Oversee Point of Sale (POS) and sample shipments.
• Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot common issues related to products or services and escalate queries and concerns as needed.
What You Bring to the Table
● College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Supply Chain, Business Administration, or closely related discipline.
● 2+ Solid Experience in Customer Service and Logistics.
● Experience working with customer support.
● Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
● Independently manage, plan, and organize, workload within established deadlines in a team-oriented, high-volume, at times stress environment.
● Ability to handle detailed information and ambiguous information with a high degree of accuracy.
● Strong technical aptitude utilizing operational support software including but not limited to SAP, Microsoft Office, Google, etc.
