Strategic Partnership Development Director for Global Gender Equality

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to serve as our Director, Knowledge and Partnerships Centre in Korea. This role will lead the development and implementation of strategic partnerships and knowledge management initiatives that advance our mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to leverage resources and expertise from governments, private sector entities, civil society organizations, and academia.
- Leverage knowledge and innovation to drive positive change and improve the lives of women and girls.
- Oversee the design and implementation of training and capacity-building programs for government officials, civil society leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, private sector executives, and civil society leaders.
- Contribute to the development of policy briefs, research papers, and other knowledge products that inform decision-making and drive action on gender equality.
Requirements:**
- Masters degree in gender studies, international development, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic partnership development, resource mobilization, and communications/advocacy.
- Excellent knowledge of the United Nations system, including its policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated expertise in program management, budgeting, and financial management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
