Automation Machinery Service Expert

At Selection 4.0, we are a leader in designing, producing and commercializing automation machinery. We seek an experienced Automation Machinery Service Expert to join our team.
Company OverviewWe deliver services to customers effectively and on time, guaranteeing equipment testing and maintenance in accordance with our policies.
Main Responsibilities- Work as a team to assist with the troubleshooting of equipment and technical problems;
- Develop strong client relationships by driving value-added and focused service delivery;
- Manage spare parts delivery;
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance;
- Walk customers through how equipment works, including safe usage;
- Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with the latest developments;
- Provide clear customer feedback;
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and establish strong relationships with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field;
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry;
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions;
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations;
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events;
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
