Mission:
- We expect the successful candidate to deliver services to customers effectively and on time, ensuring equipment testing and maintenance align with our company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- The Technical Service Engineer will work collaboratively with colleagues to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues.
- Developing strong client relationships by driving value-added and focused service delivery is essential.
- Spare parts delivery management is a critical aspect of this role.
- The engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance.
- Providing comprehensive training to customers on how to use equipment safely and effectively is key.
- Ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments is mandatory.
- Collecting and providing clear customer feedback is crucial.
- Promoting products and establishing strong relationships with customers through participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Knowledge and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
- At least three years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry is necessary.
- The ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions is essential.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations is crucial.
- A deep understanding of products, systems, and applications within the relevant industry is necessary.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Willingsness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events.
- A strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support are essential.
