Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will report directly to the Country Manager and be responsible for delivering services to customers effectively and on time.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the troubleshooting of equipment and technical problems as part of a collaborative team.
- Developing strong client relationships by driving value-added and focused service delivery.
- Managing spare parts delivery to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance through regular monitoring and maintenance.
- Providing comprehensive training to customers on the safe operation and usage of our equipment.
- Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the industry.
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide clear customer feedback and support.
- Representing our company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and establish strong relationships with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry.
- Proven ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willingsness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events.
