Job Summary:
">Leidos is accepting applications for a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative FLOATER, an essential role supporting active-duty military members and their families.
">Responsibilities:
- ">
Multi-site coverage: Travel 25-75% of the time based on need for coverage
">Verify benefits and enrollments via systems like DOES and MHS Genesis
">Process individual and batch updates for Primary Care Managers (PCMs)
">Offer guidance on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims
">Conduct informational sessions for various events
">Collect and record daily activities and OHI information into applicable systems
">Evaluate the level of assistance needed and refer or escalate complex issues as required
">Comply with all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of PHI
">Collaborate with remote teams, train new members, and perform other duties as assigned
">
Qualifications:
">High school diploma or equivalent experience
">U.S. Citizenship
">Eligible for ADP IT III clearance and Invited Contractor 700-19 SOFA designation
">Able to provide proof of ordinary residency in the United States
">3+ years of customer service experience
">Willing to travel 25-75% of the time
">Required Skills:
">Fluent English communication skills
">Proficient in Microsoft Office
">Effective presentation skills
">Strong organizational and time management abilities
">Attention to detail
