Facilities and Maintenance Specialist: Climate Action Initiative

Job Description:
We are seeking a top-tier individual to join our team as a Facilities and Maintenance Officer. This role is crucial in advancing the service and performance objectives of our facilities workstream.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our premises are equipped, orderly, functional, and practical. They will also oversee ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, analyze anomalies, and develop strategies for specific challenges such as storage, furniture standardization, and asset inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that our premises are equipped, orderly, functional, and practical
- Oversee ordinary and extraordinary maintenance
- Analyze anomalies and develop strategies for specific challenges
- Develop sustainable solutions for facilities-related issues
Requirements:
- Advanced University Degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a relevant field
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, of which at least 2 years in international roles
- Certifications in facilities management are a strong advantage
