We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle, including billing, collection, and accounts receivable management.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate financial processing and maintaining a smooth relationship with internal teams. You will also be responsible for enhancing the efficiency of our financial operations and contributing to the company's revenue growth and stable cash flow.
In this role, you will:
- Manage accounts receivable and monitor customer payments by issuing invoices and tracking payment records.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) and related systems to verify revenue and accounts receivable data, leading charge through month/quarter/year-end closings.
- Support financial reporting by analyzing AR reports and preparing sales data in accordance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Pursue outstanding receivables through close collaboration with relevant departments and customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to simplify processes and enhance customer experiences, working closely with Customer Success teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, accounting).
- At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
- A proactive approach to career development and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with various departments.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet tools.
The following skills would be beneficial:
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Douzone) and year-end closing processes.
- Familiarity with US GAAP accounting standards.
- An interest in B2B SaaS companies and their operations.
