Senior Financial Leader

We're looking for a seasoned finance expert to join our team as a Senior Financial Leader. This role is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, providing strategic guidance, and driving business decisions.

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business growth.
  3. Improve financial processes and systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, including FP&A or commercial finance leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide budgeting, P&L ownership, and strategic planning cycles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
  • Strong command of English for reporting and global stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive results through influence and insight.
