Site Operations Manager

This position oversees all external relationships and communications with landlord, local authorities, suppliers, service providers, and customers. Directs and manages overall operations for the site, including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. Guides and mentors the Operations Leader and production team to ensure alignment with company strategy and daily/weekly performance objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all external relationships and communications with landlord, local authorities, suppliers, service providers, and customers.
- Direct and manage overall operations for the site, including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
- Guide and mentor the Operations Leader and production team to ensure alignment with company strategy and daily/weekly performance objectives.
- Develop and implement operational plans to support business growth of sputtering targets business in Korea and qualification of site and products at key tier 1 customers.
- Manage CAPEX planning and execution for the site and develop a monthly operating review process to drive key growth plans.
- Evaluate performance, formulate reports, and inform management strategies.
