We are seeking a skilled professional to provide clinical product support and training to end-users of our innovative Mako SmartRobotics system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise in the operation of our robotic arm applications and associated equipment.
- Provide on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures
- Offer ongoing in-services and customer education to assigned accounts
- Analyze product performance and provide feedback to improve design and customer satisfaction
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year prior experience in sales and/or technical capacity (medical, pharma or healthcare industry)
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
