We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product master lists within each region, ensuring that all products are accurately represented and up-to-date.
• Develop and implement price management strategies to ensure optimal pricing and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track customers' target achievement on commercial policy and other spot promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in liaising with customers in a sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all customer expectations with a key emphasis on sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and provide direction to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments/tasks.
