
APAC Demand Generation Manager

The Role:
As a Demand Generation Manager in APAC, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns to generate high-quality leads and expand our customer base in the region.
You will work closely with marketing and sales organizations to align efforts and leverage data analytics to measure and improve performance. Your goal is to craft targeted marketing programs that engage and nurture prospects throughout the buyer's journey, driving conversion and revenue growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute regional objectives aligned to global corporate strategy. Campaigns will target APAC, specifically Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia, tailored for channel, language, audiences, and programs.
- Coordinate with content teams to create compelling assets optimized for demand generation.
- Run integrated campaigns, including trade shows, private dinners, webinars, email, and ads, to help the region reach its pipeline objectives.
- Measure, report, and optimize program and campaign performance, communicating results effectively with stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the communication ecosystem, leveraging market research to identify new demand generation opportunities.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in demand generation, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Campaign Success: Develop and execute successful demand generation campaigns resulting in measurable lead generation and revenue growth.
- Marketing Expertise: Experience marketing to product managers, customer experience professionals, and C-suite.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Content Creation: Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Linguistic Skills: Extra consideration given to an additional language supporting our APAC market, such as Japanese, Malay, or Bahasa.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
