Senior/Principal Field Marketing Engineer, Korea

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:• Execute the regional marketing plan in close partnership with sales, applications engineering, technical support, and distributors, localizing and delivering campaigns, content, and programs tailored to Korea's market needs, including technical relevance for engineering audiences.• Serve as the marketing owner on the NI Korea business leadership team, representing marketing strategy and priorities in cross-functional leadership discussions.• Serve as event "captain" by driving audience engagement, event messaging, sales activation, and event content in partnership with the Event Marketing team.• Support execution of demos, presentations, and technical marketing activities at regional events and customer engagements.• Collaborate as a part of the Regional Marketing team across the APAC region, working closely with other marketing team members including Field Marketing, Event Marketing, and Integrated / Campaign Marketing.• Collaborate with Global Technical Marketing teams-including Product Marketing and Business Unit Marketing-to adapt content and demo assets for regional execution.• Contribute to regional marketing strategy through market insights and technical execution perspective.• Provide ongoing insight into customer behavior, competitive activity, and campaign performance.• Support sales enablement through localized tools, content, and training aligned to the marketing plan.• Ensure consistent delivery of the brand and messaging in local language and context.• Foster close collaboration and alignment between sales and marketing within the region.• Share feedback and best practices to inform future planning and improve marketing effectivenessHow You Work:• Understand the Korean test and measurement market, customer needs, and the value of the NI platform, products, and services.• Build strong relationships with sales, applications engineering, and partners.• Collaborate effectively across direct and indirect sales channels.• Thrive in a team environment, working cross-functionally to deliver coordinated marketing strategies.• Establish clear responsibilities and use campaign performance and sales impact metrics to monitor progress.• Make sound decisions and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.• Engage comfortably with colleagues and customers across levels, cultures, and geographies.• Participate on a global team, including evening meetings, and remote management.For This Role, You Will Need:• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.• 8+ years of experience in technical marketing or sales role.• Familiarity with the Korea market and business culture.• Experience in the test and measurement industry - prefer familiarity with NI products.• Technical fluency and ability to communicate complex concepts to engineering audiences.• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.• Fluent in Korean and English.• Located in Seoul, South Korea and able to work from the NI office four-days of the work week or more as directed by ongoing projects and collaboration with NI Korea team.Our Culture & Commitment to You: At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
