Role Description The Head of Marketing – Entertainment at MS. JACKSON is a contract, on-site role based in Seoul, South Korea. This role oversees the development and execution of marketing strategies for theater shows, exhibits, films, and related entertainment projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include market planning, managing marketing campaigns, ads planning, coordinating with sales teams, and analyzing performance data to optimize outreach. The Head of Marketing collaborates closely with creative, production, and distribution partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective audience engagement across channels. The role also involves budget management, stakeholder reporting, and identifying partnerships and promotional opportunities within the entertainment and cultural sectors.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with experience leading integrated campaigns for entertainment or cultural content.
Proficiency in Performance Marketing, including audience insights, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with Sales and revenue-focused marketing initiatives, preferably in media, arts, or live entertainment.
Public Relations capabilities, including media outreach, press strategy, and reputation management.
Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Korean is highly advantageous.
Ability to work on-site in Seoul, South Korea, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience in entertainment marketing is a plus.
