Executive Sous Chef
We are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.
The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Executive Sous Chef who will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.The Executive Sous Chef is responsible to function as the Assistant Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, and to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel, and that they are individually profitable.
This position is ranked from as Department Head(Cha-jang), and will report to the Director of Culinary.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine in larger operation. Work experience in 5 star luxury hotels is preferred. Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the local market. Can do positive mind, leading by example Good practical, operational, adequate administrative and people management skills with a flair for creativity are a must. Fluent both in English and Korean.-
