Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- 고객의 전략 및 우선순위 분석, 외부 동향, Market insight 등을 바탕으로 장기적인 관계를 구축하고 Philips의 가치를 극대화
- Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery, SCM 팀 등 내부 Stakeholder와 협력 및 의견 조율하여 효율적인 One Philips 커뮤니케이션을 추구
- 고객의 우선순위에 맞춘 Sales 전략 개발 및 Sales Plan 추진
- 린(Lean) 방법론을 통한 지속적인 프로세스 개선 추진
- 주요 고객과의 관계를 유지 및 개선하여 Philips의 브랜드 가치를 지속적으로 전달하며, 영업 이익 극대화
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4년제 학사 학위 혹은 그 이상 학위 보유자
- 유관 인더스트리 혹은 직무 경력자
- Account 전략 수립, 실행 및 CRM 경험자
- Sales를 촉진하고 비즈니스 도전을 극복하려는 열정적이고 의욕있는 분
- Winning Spirit, 회복탄력성을 보유한 분 및 동료에게 긍정적인 영향을 끼칠 수 있는분
- Customer oriented된 성향 및 좋은 커뮤니케이션 스킬을 보유한 분
- 업무상 영어 활용 가능자
