WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
The Senior Media Planner/Manager at Assembly will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the global digital media strategies for our agency's clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of effective global media strategies into plans and campaigns. Your strategic insights, media planning experience, and ability to navigate the ever-evolving media landscape will be instrumental in delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Develop Go-To-Market Media Strategy for the global B2C Brand: Develop the strategy and media direction for client to succeed business objectives to foster new markets. Digital Media Planning for Lower-funnel Objective: Lead the development of comprehensive performance media strategies, including but not limited to audience segmentation, channel selection, budget allocation, and messaging strategies, etc for driving sales. You will give a responsibility to deploy media campaigns to diverse global markets. Campaign Execution: Ensure the effective execution of media strategies, monitoring their performance and assisting Activation teams in optimization recommendations. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop media strategies that drive business growth. Budget Management: Oversee the allocation of budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI with sufficiency. Data Analysis: Utilize 3rd party and campaign performance data and analytics to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for campaign strategic improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with planning teams, client servicing managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to campaigns.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in media planning and strategy, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Strong understanding of various digital media channels. Exceptional analytical and data interpretation abilities from the curiosity. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Korean. Working knowledge in insights, media planning and analytics tools, a plus (, GWI, Statista, Similar Web, Google Analytics, etc.). Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing media landscape and a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead media strategy and planning development and implementation for client campaigns.
Key media platforms: Google Ads, Programmatic DSPs, Meta, Criteo Actively suggest new media platform trials Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic recommendations. Analyze campaign data, make data-driven decisions, and provide performance reports to clients to highlight the strategic performance of the campaign. Assist in pitches and annual client strategy development. Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends, keeping campaigns up to date. Manage budget allocation and resource planning for client campaigns. Foster a culture of innovation and strategic thinking within the team. Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign strategies for maximum effectiveness within the strategic recommendations provided. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.

 REQUIREMENTS

· 5+ years of experience in digital media planning and strategy

· Exceptional analytical and data interpretation abilities from the curiosity

· Strong attention to detail, expertise to data-driven decision-making processes.

· Preferably media agency experience

· Excellent communication and project management skills

· Confident client facing ability.

· Strong skill to build media proposals and analytical report documents.

· Fluent in both English and Korean
