RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data

Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development

Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability

Enforce service level adherence, identify process improvements and prepare team to deliver through process dependency and remove people dependency 

Identify the design impact for service releases and continuous improvements in technical design to optimize application performance 

ADVANTAGE TO HAVE

Manufacturing domain experience. Specifically in areas of PLM, ERP, Logistics

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

Fluent in Korean, intermediate in English languages 

MUST HAVE

Three or more years of experience in analytics and systems development

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Github

Experiences/knowledge in JIRA / Confluence

Experience in manufacturing system operation and improvement

GOOD TO HAVE

Output-based operational experience

Understanding the development process

Checking and operating software quality 

Skilled in analyzing systems and pursuing clear and detailed communication

Programming, DB skill
