IT Application Assistant Manager

This position is responsible for managing and analysing business applications used by Christian Dior Couture Korea Ltd, ensuring smooth operation and implementation of solutions for the retail environment whilst providing ongoing support and maintenance of different applications and act as the primary liaison between among business process owners, users, regional level 2 support, HQ level 3 support and technical partners in the coordination and delivery of IT services to users.
Manage all retail applications not only limited to Customer facing application (Salesforce application), POS (Cegid Y2), Call Centre system (Salesforce application) in a holistic view to ensure smooth operation related to relevant functions and services Local responsible contact for Application project rollouts, Pilots & Core Model solutions implementation to support different business functions which includes, but not limited to Retail, Supply Chain and Logistics, Ecommerce and Backoffice, with close alignment and coordination with Central, Regional IT and business Work closely with Regional and Central team to ensure timely address of operation, including management of incidents and service requests and escalations to right parties for integration support and complicated cases Support on mobile applications with retail system integration Support store openings and ensure systems are set up and handover to users Close interaction with business process owners for gathering requirements, harmonizing the process and system usage, including delivery of technical application trainings Maintain and review application documents
Profile
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is required At least 7 years of experience in IT support, preferably in retail industry Extensive experience with POS retail solutions and other customer facing tools (Experience in Cegid and Salesforce is preferred) Experience in Business Intelligence solution and SAP ERP is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Must be customer service oriented, motivational, organizational and time management skills Proficient in spoken and written English Certification ITIL is a plus
