Main Objectives



-         생산팀 소속으로 담당하는 설비의 가동 주체로써 운용 설비에 대한 책임감을 가지고 맡은 공정에 대한 부동시간 최소화 및 수율 극대화 기여

-         성인화를 위해서 맡은 공정 이외에도 같은 팀 내 설비를 가동할 수 있도록 적극적인 자세로 업무 수행


Key Responsibilities


1.      Mixing

-       원재료 투입 및 MES와 연계된 모델별 믹싱 Recipe 확인 및 성능 작업

-         Job change 혹은 정기 세정시기 도래 시, Main mixer · 저장 탱크 · 배관류 및 활물질 Hopper에 대한 세정 실시

-         공정 담당 Leader의 지시에 따라 생산 계획에 따른 작업 수행

-         특이사항 발생 시, 파트장 혹은 팀장에게 즉시 보고


2.      Coating

-         Mixing 공정에서 제조된 Slurry를 가지고 A·B Coater head에서 작업 표준에 따라 Aluminium 및 Cu foil 위 코팅

-         Job change 혹은 정기 세정시기 도래 시, Slurry 공급탱크 · 슬롯 다이 · Slurry 공급 펌프 및 배관류에 대한 세정 실시

-         특이사항 발생 시, 파트장 혹은 팀장에게 즉시 보고


3.      Press / Slitting

-         AGV가 이송한 Coating된 롤을 작업 표준에 맞게 압연하여 극판의 표준 두께를 맞추고, 작업 표준에 설정된 폭에 맞게 극판 재단

-         특이사항 발생 시, 파트장 혹은 팀장에게 즉시 보고
