We enable your best to power our future. ABOUT THE ROLEWorking within the Asian Advertiser and Agency Audience Measurement team, this sales group understands local and global solutions and identifies the needs of our Advertising & Agency clients, providing them with clear solutions and insights to drive customer satisfaction.The successful candidate will be part of the Commercial Sales team and will focus on meeting quarterly revenue targets, driving the sales pipeline, developing long-term strategic partnerships and closing sales.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Nielsen's suite of data solutions and will be expected to support the acquisition of new clients and the up-selling of existing clients.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

New Account Development - Meet with key stakeholders at companies that do not purchase Nielsen data solutions to propose and sell solutions. Account Management - Work with clients who already purchase and use Nielsen data solutions to understand their needs and propose solutions that align with their insights and needs to create additional upsell opportunities. Develop and implement new strategies to maintain strong short, medium and long-term client relationships. Revenue Pipeline Management - Generate new revenue pipeline and drive pipeline to conversion. Project Management - Propose and win projects with clients and act as a bridge between clients and internal Nielsen teams from start to finish. Work regularly with a team of ~10 commercial colleagues within the Advertiser & Agency, Asia team to drive our sales strategy across the region. Liaise with internal finance and revenue controller teams to ensure revenue is correctly recognized each week. Collaborate with other commercial verticals within the Nielsen Korea team as needed. Collaborate with Delivery & Customer Support, Operations, Product and Technology teams to deliver solutions to clients. This is an externally facing sales role focused on day-to-day engagement with our Advertiser & Agency clients. This will involve meeting with our client contacts to build lasting relationships and understand their business issues. Working on a daily basis with contacts within our client's Insights, Measurement, Data Partnerships and Sales teams to develop and close sales opportunities. Engage regularly with our agency and advertiser partners' clients to provide research and measurement expertise and ensure measurement projects are progressing.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor's degree or higher required Sales experience and excellent client communication skills are required. Research design and strong data analysis skills are required. Experience in the advertising and advertising marketing industry is a plus. Experience in managing overall projects, such as project planning and operations through collaboration with various related departments is preferred. Basic understanding of the Korean media and advertising marketing and the media industry. Good and strong communication skills in Korean & English (both written and verbal) required Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work well with others Well-organized with the ability to plan and prioritize Meticulous with strong attention to detail Use of established CRM tools - Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator and SalesLoft Google Suite applications (preferred) - GMail, Google Doc, Google Slides, etc. Knowledge and understanding of advertising, Basic knowledge and understanding of marketing research. Experience in ad networks or ad tech companies such as DSP, TV or related fields. Network in marketing, digital or media industry.
