Department: Electrolux Consumables & Accessories (ECA)
After sales of consumables and accessories is a very important area in the sector. Main part of our sales consists of dust bags, filters and cleaning accessories for electrical appliances such as vacuum cleaners, coffee and espresso machines.

Main Function
To develop the C&A business in line with Small Appliances C&A growth plans in the local market. Includes full responsibility for the C&A P/L, to develop the C&A range to suit market opportunities, and working with key internal departments (sales, marketing, finance) and external retail trade partners and suppliers to ensure execution of C&A strategy.
Key responsibilities
Sales & business development
-Use an entrepreneurial approach to identify and develop new business opportunities for C&A including generic growth in existing channels and submission to new business channels.
-Proactively arrange meetings with buyers in key retail chains/ webshops, outlets, etc to present C&A product range proposals, and pursue necessary follow up meetings to secure new listings with new customers.
-Work with existing customers / buyers and key accounts together with Small Appliance KAM and sales people to develop C&A sales in existing channels alongside existing SDA business.
-Prepare and execute sales action plans to achieve sales targets. 
-Monitoring and analysis of competitor activity and market trends.
-Presenting plans, activities and results for management. 
-Responsible for C&A sales budget and follow up. 

Product & marketing
-Define and maintain a product range according to brand positioning concept and competition, as part of the regional range definition process working with support from Global C&A team.
-Prepare range review and presentation / training of new products for sales people and account managers.
-Launch of new products: arrange samples, data, pictures and manage launch activities.
-Development and adaptation of product for local market including creating packaging and instruction for use catalogues and market support materials (POS, brochures, etc) in conjunction with Global C&A team.
-Monitor prices in order to ensure continued profitability within the respective product line.
-Ensure secure alignment of Brand Strategy and requirement for the generic business.

-Project leadership
-Computer skills - Microsoft Office Products
-University degree International Marketing, Business Administration or Sales
-5-7 years marketing working experience, preferably within Consumer Goods area
-Documented experience from sales or retail is a clear plus
-International marketing experience
