Our Marketing and Communications crew serves as the face of SailPoint, coordinating and producing all assets representing the business. It is our marketing department's job to ensure that SailPoint's voice conveys our mission across the board. Whether it's pitching to journalists, developing brand material, helping problem solve with different departments to improve the business or highlighting what a great place to work SailPoint is, our marketing team is always two steps ahead.
About the role:
This role will direct report to the Director of Marketing, Asia Pacific & Japan Region. The person has to work directly with S. Korea Sales team (Field and Partner), APJ/ Global Marketing team, Sales operations team with interactions across the S. Korea management team (the primary internal stakeholder for this role).
This person is expected to make an active contribution to the local business strategy, and required a highly articulate and persuasive individual able to build strong relationships within the company. This person needs to ensure the execution of S. Korea field & partner marketing programs to develop, support and drive business through SailPoint solutions. Programs will include integrated communications, content development, lead generation/ awareness events activities.
Responsibilities:
Act as the central coordination point within the S. Korea organization for all marketing activities Aligning with country and partner priorities, recommend marketing funding allocations and manage the effective use of funds Managing specific execution programs including 3rd party events, ABM activities, tele-prospecting, digital marketing, advertorial, logistical support of sales enablement activities Setting marketing KPIs for each specific program that deliver desired ROI or outcomes in line with the overall business plan at a Global and/or APAC level Building effective relationships with marketing teams within the focus partners at a country level Work closely with Partner Sales to support recruitment and onboarding of Partners Work in collaboration with the regional channel marketing resources to provide local input into the creation of global resources e.g. partner portals and web services for partners The role will be based in a normal office environment with travel of up to 20% to execute activities subjected to the Covid19 regulations by S. KoreaAbout you:

Demonstrates the ability to be a team player in a matrix environment, builds effective networks to get things done Has excellent customer and partner facing skills with the presence to be able to work directly with partners and pitch the SailPoint vision. An initiative-taking and optimistic style is highly recommended. 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B IT industry, with experience across the marketing mix including closed-loop demand generation activities. Previous experience working in Field / Partner/ Digital Marketing Strong program and project management skills Proven experience of delivering positive business impact, ROI and results through partner programs Ability to work in situations with organizational and programs ambiguity. Understanding and experience of marketing and sales automation (Marketo & SFDC) and social media (Naver etc) Creative and innovative marketing professional University degree preferred, not requiredSailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.
